Build a Better Booty Challenge!

My biggest problem area on my body is my hips/butt/thigh area.  It is where all of my excess body fat resides and it is so hard for me to make progress there.  Tonight I’m starting this 14 day challenge that targets that specific area.  If you want to participate, you can find all the details here:
