So Embarrasing

I just got home from the library and found that my pants were unzipped!

There I was, all bundled up in my sweater, jeans and warm, fuzzy boots and I kept getting like these cold chills every once in a while and couldn’t figure out what the deal was.

Well the barn door was open and there was a slight breeze getting in!Ā  Hopefully no one noticed.

I laughed out loud when I read that and my daughter asked me what I was reading. I had to read it to her and she says, “Wow Momma, I didn’t realize there were other people out there that did the same embarrassing things u do!”. “Well yeah”…I said like it’s the most common thing in the world!! Ha ha!!! I feel your pain!

What I want to know is…..why were you in the library with your pants unzipped anyway? tee hee
    I think that’s something we’ve all done.
Don’t you hate it when you see a stranger with their pants unzipped. You want to say something, but then you’re afraid they’ll make you explain why you were looking at their zipper area. When honestly you can’t help but notice something out of the corner of your eye that just doesn’t look right. And you see it was the open zipper that caught your eye.

Yes, the same thing happened at church to me. I noticed it after the main service as I was sitting in my Sunday School class.

You should wear underwear, it would at least help with the whole breeze thing! šŸ˜‰

Haha! This reminds me of emails I send my sister. “Hey, guess what Aleise, I just ran into a wall” or “Hey Aleise, I bonked myself in the face at kickboxing this morning” (to be fair, kickboxing is at 6 am and I’m not totally awake). šŸ™‚

      Molly,
I’m so glad to know that there is yet another kindred spirit reading! You sound a lot like me & Christy! Ha ha!

LOL!!!!! I did this years ago, and am still scarred by it. In fact I have become OCD about checking to make sure my fly is up, constantly throughout the day I’m looking down and checking. When I did it, it was about 5 years ago, I was at work, (I interviewed and recruited at that job), I got out of an interview with a potential employee and went back to my office only to realize my fly had been down… and to make things worse, I was out of all of my normal underwear and was scraping the bottom on the barrel for clean undies that day… I had on a shiny, satin-y, leopard print pair… it was as bad as it gets, and I’ve never recovered from the embarassment.
