I’m gonna be out til after the first of the year, friends. I’ve been doing really well since Christmas with eating right and exercising and I’m trying to focus on that right now because I’m feeling better than I have in 3 months.
It takes a lot of time to plan out meals and snacks and I have to get used to doing it again. It used to be like second nature to me, so I’m hoping it won’t take me too long to get back into the groove.
