Katie informed me today that she is going to start a daily regimen of pinching her ears.

This is in preparation for her upcoming ear-piercing.

When she asked me a long time ago if it hurt, I told her it felt like a pinch. She doesn’t want to be caught off guard now, so her ears are in training for the big day!

I think you need to tell her it feels like a needle going through your ear. lol 😉

Yes I agree with Kristi. Lets be honest. It is much worse than a pinch. Don’t butter it up for her. Let her know it is going to hurt like a bee sting! Cause ya know it will!

Oh no! I specifically remember mine not hurting too bad. Let’s not forget that she’s a major drama queen, I don’t need her passing out on me or anything! Best keep it light!

I had Madies done when she was 6 weks old and she never has had a problem. Maryka was 5 when she got hers done and that was a nightmare! Good luck on that.

Is she still pinching her ears or did you start letting her poke a needle at it?
