Yep, I Rock. That’s What I Do.

Ready for another of my famous “Mom of the Year” moments?

I walked into the living room after preparing lunch and found this –

Mmhmm. That’s my little tomboy with her nose inches away from a 42″ TV. What a fine mother this lucky child must have!

Now, I’m not a big fan of kids watching lots of TV, especially when there’s so many other fun things that they could be doing. However, I do let them watch a little bit each day. I cannot tell you how many times I have told that child to get back from the TV! She will be the utter death of me – I’m telling you, she will. She lives in her own little word and when I tell her to do something, well it’s like I’m speaking Chinese! Sweet mercy!
